Jay Lee
Senior Audiologist
Jay is the Clinical Director and Principal Audiologist at Harmonic Hearing & Balance. Known for his warm and supportive approach, he is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve better hearing and quality of life through personalised care.
Jay is also a Principal Clinical Educator and Casual Academic at the University of Queensland, where he mentors aspiring audiologists and stays closely connected with the latest advancements in the profession.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys park runs and spending time with his family.
Josh Spencer
Senior Audiologist
With over 10 years of experience in audiology, Josh brings a broad range of clinical expertise to the team. His experience spans all areas of hearing care, including paediatric audiology, implantable hearing technology, hearing assessments and complex hearing rehabilitation.
He is passionate about providing practical, personalised hearing care and helping people find solutions that make a genuine difference in their everyday lives.
Outside the clinic, Josh enjoys heading out camping and exploring with his wife and daughter.

Karen Pedley
Founding Member (retired)
Karen was one of the founding members of Harmonic Hearing & Balance and played an important role in establishing the clinic. With over 40 years of experience in audiology, she has made a lasting contribution to the hearing health of countless patients and families.
Although Karen has now retired, we remain grateful for her dedication, expertise and contribution to Harmonic Hearing.
