I took my son at 2.5 years old thinking we weren't going to get results. To my suprise my son warmed up to Karen quite quickly! He came back after he turned 3 for a follow up and did great with Jay aswell. They made the appointment fun for my son, playing games and moving at a comfortable pace to bring my shy guy out of his shell with them. I highly recommend!

I brought my mum to Harmonic Hearing in Springfield for a hearing test and new hearing aids, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jay Lee, audiologist, was incredibly caring and patient, taking the time to genuinely listen to us, explain everything clearly, and ensure Mum felt comfortable throughout the process.
The hearing aids have made such a difference already! Mum is enjoying conversations again without feeling left out.
