Jay has been incredibly patient, kind and empathetic throughout this process. Navigating hearing loss and the NDIS can be incredibly overwhelming, and Jay has been such a huge help in getting reports organised, working through the paperwork and helping me understand what can be a really complicated process.
Jay has also helped me find the best hearing aids possible within my budget and circumstances, taking the time to make sure I had the support and information I needed.
What I appreciate most is that Jay has genuinely taken the time to help me. I’ve never felt like I was just another appointment or another person to get through. I took my son at 2.5 years old thinking we weren't going to get results. To my suprise my son warmed up to Karen quite quickly! He came back after he turned 3 for a follow up and did great with Jay aswell. They made the appointment fun for my son, playing games and moving at a comfortable pace to bring my shy guy out of his shell with them. I highly recommend!
Amazing experience with audiologist Jay today. He is great with kids, had lots of engaging games & listened when my 4 year old said she didn’t like how the headphones felt & adapt to make her comfortable. Can 100% recommend for a child who has Dr anxiety.
