I brought my mum to Harmonic Hearing in Springfield for a hearing test and new hearing aids, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jay Lee, audiologist, was incredibly caring and patient, taking the time to genuinely listen to us, explain everything clearly, and ensure Mum felt comfortable throughout the process.
The hearing aids have made such a difference already! Mum is enjoying conversations again without feeling left out. We just finished up at Harmonic Hearing and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. My son needed a hearing test as part of his ADHD assessment, and after calling around to multiple providers, Harmonic Hearing was the only place that didn’t have us waiting months for an appointment.

We were able to book in within 1–2 weeks, which was such a relief.

The team was absolutely fantastic! They made my son feel comfortable and really well looked after during the entire assessment. They were kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly.

If you’re a parent going through the ADHD diagnosis process and need a hearing test, I’d 100% recommend Harmonic Hearing. Such a great experience from start to finish!
